Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Try before you buy

The Free plan has every background, font and style, with up to 3 screenshots and one device per download. Please use it to check that Craftshot works for your app before buying Pro.

2. No refunds

Craftshot Pro is a digital product delivered instantly: Pro turns on as soon as you pay, and the license key is emailed to you. For this reason, payments for Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly and Lifetime are not refundable, including for partly used subscription periods.

3. When we do refund

We will refund you in full if:

• you were charged twice for the same purchase;
• you were charged after you cancelled;
• Pro does not work for you because of a problem on our side that we cannot fix within 7 days of you reporting it; or
• a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.

Write to contact@pramikatech.com with your order email and receipt within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds are made through Dodo Payments to your original payment method; banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them. A refunded license key stops working.

4. Cancelling a subscription

• Cancel any time from the link in your Dodo Payments receipt email, or ask us at contact@pramikatech.com.
• Pro stays on until the end of the month or year you have paid for. You are not charged again.
• After that, the editor and CLI go back to the Free plan. Your screenshots and designs stay on your device.

5. Lifetime

Lifetime is a one-time payment with nothing to cancel. It gives Pro for as long as we offer Craftshot.

6. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please write to us first; we answer quickly and can usually sort it out. A chargeback disables the license key.
