Before you write
- Lost your license key? It is in the email from Dodo Payments sent when you paid. Search your inbox for "Craftshot", or write to us with the email you paid with.
- "Activation limit reached"? Each browser with the editor and each computer with the CLI uses one activation. Choose Remove in the editor on a browser you no longer use, or run
craftshot deactivateon a computer, then activate again. If an activation was lost (cleared browser data, a private window, a computer you no longer have), email us and we will free it. - Cancel a subscription? Use the link in your receipt email, or write to us. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Bug in the CLI? Include the command you ran and the output of
craftshot doctor.
